The church was founded in a family home some 40 years ago and now calls itself "The Bridge". There is a frequent welcome comment that the church feels like belonging to a family. We have seen enormous change in our Hayling Island community since our foundation and the church has changed too, but the message of Jesus remains the same and is as relevant as ever. We are striving to be a catalyst for positive change on Hayling Island and our current vision is for a new generation to benefit from all that our generation has been busy in laying the foundations for, and is the purpose of our renovated and enlarged building.

 

With God's help we'll continue to contribute to positive change on our Island whilst acknowledging that The Bridge Church is a small part of his universal family.. However, we are committed to playing our part knowing God is faithful and what he has promised will be fulfilled.
